I had my house on the market with another realtor before I hired Mr. Phillip Grainger. After no results from the first realtor, her time was up, so during a long weekend I emailed Phillip some questions. I didn't expect for him to reply until the next business day but surprisingly, he replied promptly. This was impressive since he didn't know me and it was a holiday weekend. An amazing gentleman to work with. He was always available day or night if I had any questions or concerns. Always on top of his work. He helped me out quite a bit especially through covid times.
